Tamara Nobelius (VIC)
(PBS) Practitioner
Tamara Nobelius brings a wealth of experience from her years as a carer and support worker, combined with seven years in a training and assessing role. Her career has been deeply influenced by her personal experience as a parent of an adult with a disability, which enhances her empathy and understanding when working with participants and their families.
Tamara specialises in supporting children and young adults with behaviour support needs, using a holistic, person-centred approach that considers the individual, their support network, and environment to develop tailored strategies. Her primary goal is to empower participants, giving them a voice, promoting autonomy, and creating a supportive, individualised environment. Outside of work, Tamara enjoys spending time with her dog, reflecting her warm and caring nature.
