Ranjika (NT)
(PBS) Practitioner

Ranjika is a Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioner who has worked in the disability sector since 2022, servicing the Northern Territory and South-East Queensland. She is passionate about walking alongside people with disabilities in enhancing quality of life. Her personal values of compassion, groundedness, and deep listening are echoed in her Positive Behaviour Support practice. Undertaking a Bachelor of Psychological Science and Sociology, Ranjika embodies a holistic, strengths-based, and sustainable approach. She aims to reify the Behaviour Support framework with the participants she supports, collaborating to strengthen communication, minimise restrictions, and achieve meaningful outcomes.
Ranjika has an affinity for supporting First Nations people, those with psychosocial disabilities, and those with neurodegenerative disorders - with a throughline of supporting older generations. Outside of her community work, Ranjika enjoys archery, tennis, reading, and spending time with her family (including her dogs!).
