Natalie brings over 20 years of experience in education, with a focus on supporting vulnerable young people. After dedicating 15 years to public education in Melbourne, she transitioned to teaching in Youth Detention in Darwin, where she refined her expertise in working with at-risk youth. As a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner, Natalie is committed to ensuring that participants' voices are at the heart of their behaviour support plans, fostering meaningful connections and encouraging personal growth.

When she's not working, Natalie enjoys reading, swimming, boxing, watching sports, travelling, and spending time outdoors with loved ones.
