Lilia Reis (NT)

(PBS) Practitioner

Lilia brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her work as a Behaviour Practitioner, having worked in the community services sector for over eight years. After completing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 2016, she began her career in Melbourne, gaining experience across various critical areas, including Domestic Violence, Child Protection, Alcohol and Other Drugs, and Corrections.

Driven by a commitment to deepen her understanding of Aboriginal cultures, Lilia moved to the Northern Territory, where she completed a Postgraduate degree in Child Protection in 2021. After four years of working in child protection, she discovered a passion for Positive Behaviour Support, integrating her clinical expertise with a strong emphasis on trauma-informed care. Her dedication to professional growth led her to pursue a Postgraduate degree in Counselling, reflecting her ongoing commitment to skill development and the mental health sector.

Drawing on both her practical experience and academic knowledge, Lilia employs a range of therapeutic models that are client and family-focused, trauma-informed, and emphasise therapeutic crisis intervention.

Outside of work, Lilia enjoys travelling, cooking, and spending time with her puppy, maintaining a balance between her professional dedication and personal interests.
