Krydence (NT)
(PBS) Practitioner

Krydence has extensive experience working with people from diverse backgrounds, with a strong focus on supporting young people. Her career has been shaped by facilitating wrap-around networks to support youth diversion, where she has developed a deep understanding of the importance of collaboration and early intervention. These experiences have equipped her with valuable skills in engaging with participants and building meaningful support systems. She also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, further strengthening her ability to apply evidence-based approaches in her practice.
As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, Krydence specialises in person-centred and holistic approaches, with expertise in accessing stakeholder support and amplifying the voice of participants and their families. Guided by trauma-informed practice, her goal is to reduce areas of concern and enhance the quality of life for those she supports. Outside of work, Krydence enjoys sports and travel, which help her stay grounded and balanced.
